T-192D MORTAR
Infilling thermal insulating mortar
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Tassullo T-192D is a thermal insulating mortar designed for filling and line marking repairs; it is particularly useful in buildings that are properly insulated to prevent the formation of thermal bridges.
T192D is characterized by a thermal conductivity comparable to the one of porous bricks used in construction.
T192D is compliant to UNI EN 998-1 and it is subject to CE marking in accordance to the regulations in force.
T192D is compliant to the Italian Ministerial Decree 10/05/2004 and it is available in resistance class CSII in accordance to UNI EN 998-1 on plastering mortars.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
T-192D is a thermally insulated mortar for filling and repairing line marking or holes. It is particularly suited in the construction of porous brick masonries whenever it is possible to avoid the presence of thermal bridges and to reduce the block’s theoretical insulation capacity caused by the filling of line markings using traditional plaster.
ADVANTAGES:
- highly insulating
- high workability
HOW TO APPLY IT
T-192D can be applied manually following the same application methods used for traditional plastering mortar or it can be applied using a plastering machine for premixed plaster.
The product plasticity and workability allow creating high thicknesses in just one coat (up to 10 cm).
