Finish

Vintage has an oil finish effect with very open pore that expresses an extraordinary natural and the feeling of always being able to touch the wood.
The microporous surface, the result of years of research, has the ability to combine the old taste for aesthetics warm and friendly atmosphere with the most modern trends.

Flexibility and stability

The hardwood used for our Vintage products are subjected to meticulous and lengthy treatments before processing.
These treatments involve high costs and complex organizational processes, while not visually noticeable, but allow to improve stability at the time of installation and, above all, over time.
The extremely flexible support makes it possible to compensate for any slight irregularities of the screed, while the perfect balance between the thickness of the noble wood and the support ensures maximum stability.
No particular sealing operations are, therefore, necessary while installing.

Made in Italy

All products in the Gazzotti Vintage range are manufactured in Italy in order to constantly monitor their quality: the wording “Gazzotti made in Italy” is printed underneath each individual strip. This is a decisive guarantee for the retailer, designer and end consumer.

Eco-compatibility

Great attention to the environment and wellbeing of the persons: this is the aim of Vintage, conceived and designed to live in the environment respecting it.
The production processes are in accordance with the Vintage line that Gazzotti has specially studied and published in the “Vintage Gazzotti: il parquet per la bioedilizia”. Gazzotti is a memberof the Green Building Council Italy, whose certification system under the trade mark LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) sets criteria for the design and construction of building healthy, energy-efficient and low environmental impact.

PEFC

The products Birch Thermic, Beech, Ash Thermic, Quercia Reserve, Oak, Oak Armagnac, Oak Armagnac Maison, Oak Barrique, Oak Barrique Maison, Oak Chablis, Oak Dream, Oak Grace, Oak Havana, Oak Nuance, Oak Sand, Oak Softgrace, Oak Style, Oak Vogue, are certified PEFC.
The PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes) indicates that Gazzotti has control of the chain of custody and which promotes the sustainable management of forests.

Accidental damages

In case of accidental damages such as flooding, broken strips, etc. the damaged wood strips can be replaced one by one.
