A residential project in the nature of Trentino enhances solutions of Ceramiche Keope

Amidst the apple orchards of Neumarkt, near Bolzano, a splendid villa rises as if suspended above the ground, flooded with natural light, where the interior space expands through large glazing, harmoniously interacting with the surrounding landscape.
A project designed in the name of energy efficiency, sustainability and living comfort which has chosen the versatility and exceptional performance of Ceramiche Keope collections for its indoor and outdoor wall tiles.
The contribution of Ceramiche Keope
This important reference makes the most of Keope’s design perspective, which – thanks to its wide range of ceramic products available in several collections, sizes and thicknesses – offers countless possibilities for combining indoor settings and outdoor spaces.
The plan of the villa is divided into two L-shaped floors and the internal distribution of rooms is clear and linear. The floors are made from the Moov collection, Grey finish, size 120×120 in a continuous pattern from the entrance to the first floor where the living room, kitchen and one of the bathrooms are located. The atmosphere in the villa is relaxed and refined in every room, especially on the second floor where the veining motif of the Elements Lux Calacatta Gold marble effect, chosen for the bathroom, stands out.
Continuing in the rear area, the villa is designed as a spatial extension of the living room, where the Moov collection also covers the tiled surface surrounding the swimming pool. The strength of Keope porcelain tiles meets the contemporary charm of cement in the 60×60 cm K2 size, 20 mm thick.
In this project, the wooden construction system, the use of high-performance natural materials and a state-of-the-art plant engineering have endowed the building with the CasaClima A Nature certification, the certificate of conformity for energy performance and sustainability.
